Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vaeleon handles data during the private beta.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, business name, platform and category), workspace preferences, and the commerce data you choose to connect from platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify or Stripe.
How we use it
To operate your workspace, generate AI briefings and recommendations, provide support, and process subscription billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your commerce data to train models for other customers.
Processors
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and payments. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never touch Vaeleon servers.
Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion at any time from workspace settings. On request we remove your profile, preferences and connected data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@vaeleon.com and we will respond within one month.
