Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vaeleon during the private beta.
Beta service
Vaeleon is currently in private beta. Features may change, and some workspaces display demo data while live channel connections roll out. We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee during beta.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be authorised to connect any commerce accounts you link to Vaeleon.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, resell access without agreement, or use it to process data you have no right to process.
AI recommendations
Vaeleon produces recommendations with estimated impact and confidence. They are decision support, not guarantees. You remain responsible for the commercial decisions you take.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Founding member pricing remains on your account under the terms offered at signup. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
